MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

Objective :

• To give students personalized guidance and support based on goals, ability and challenges in their educational journey and enhanced employability.
• Encouraging students to participate in professional network opportunities.
• Encouraging students to develop their inherent talents
• Helping students to make their own career decisions

Period

The period for Mentorship Program is from January to December.

Selection Criteria for students

• SD Seed Beneficiaries studying in Class 11, 12 and ITI.

Key Features

1. Mentor-mentee matching:A systematic process for pairing mentors and mentees based on compatibility, interests and needs.
2. Regular meetings and communication: regular feedback collection from mentors and mentees to measure Programme effectiveness and make improvements.
3. Confidentiality and trust: A safe and confidential environment for mentees to share concerns and ideas.
4. Flexibility and adaptability:Willingness to adjust the program as needed to accommodate changing needs and circumstances.
5. Program implementation :Project Leader to guide and oversee program implementation.
